Topical PDRN has minimal downtime. Expect mild redness or a light “post-facial” glow for 24 to 48 hours. If applied as an add-on after microneedling, follow the usual microneedling post-care. Avoid heavy workouts, heat, and active skincare for 24 hours unless your provider advises otherwise.
