A sterile IV line infuses your selected formula via gravity over about 60 minutes. Nutrients reach circulation immediately, supporting cellular energy, collagen synthesis, antioxidant defenses, and balanced recovery after treatments.

We review your health history, meds, and goals to choose the right drip and frequency. Not ideal with significant kidney disease, fluid retention disorders, or relevant allergies noted below.

Most people feel hydrated and refreshed with no downtime. Minor bruising, warmth at the site, or transient flushing can occur. You can return to normal activity the same day. We recommend extra water for 24 hours.

  • Common, usually mild: Flushing, site warmth, transient nausea, muscle cramping.
  • Contraindications and cautions: Kidney dysfunction or stones, fluid retention disorders, ascorbic acid or corn allergy, caution with calcium channel blockers; monitor blood pressure; with Ascent, use caution in anxiety disorders or if on certain antidepressants. Long-term glutathione may lower zinc levels; we monitor and advise.

Pre-treatment: 24 to 48 hours before procedures to prime recovery.

Post-treatment

  • Botox or fillers: 24 hours after
  • Body contouring: Immediately and weekly for 2 to 3 weeks
  • Laser: 2 to 4 hours after, then again 5 to 7 days later
