The downtown office is breath taking, staff were all smiles, and I had 0 wait time!! my visit wasn’t rushed, the provider explained my treatment plan, and thoroughly shared what to expect when I got home. she told me that she’d checking with me the following day, which I doubted, but was pleasantly surprised when I received her message next day.

Incredible experience here! Everyone is so friendly and outgoing! The providers are so knowledgeable and make you feel so comfortable with the entire process! I’ve been to Jena twice and she is so thorough, easy to talk to, and friendly! I will 100% be coming back and seeing her for all my future botox and services! Their Barbie event was so cute too!
