CoolSculpting® Elite uses a natural process called cryolipolysis, often known as fat freezing, as a nonsurgical fat reduction procedure. It employs cold temperatures in order to reduce fat deposits in particular regions of the body.

The applicator has been specifically designed to target and eliminate stubborn fat deposits that are resistant to diet and exercise. The method is based on the discovery that fat cells are more vulnerable to low temperatures than other cells, such as skin cells. The controlled application of cold temperature through designed applicators damages fat cells, causing an immunological reaction and, finally, the elimination of undesirable cells.

The new applicators come in seven different sizes and shapes to allow for a better fitting and more effective CoolSculpting® experience, reducing the treated bodyfat with unparalleled precision. The individual applicators showcase completely redesigned engineering by Allergan, leading to a remarkable enhancement in their application technique, promoting significantly superior skin contact. CoolSculpting® Elite treatments are quick and easy, with most procedures taking less than an hour to complete. You can relax, read, work on your laptop, or even nap during treatment. You will feel slight tugging as the applicator is applied with vacuum suction. Once the treatment begins, you will feel intense cold for approximately five to ten minutes until the area goes numb. For the remainder of the session, you will feel little to no discomfort.

CoolSculpting® Elite is a non-invasive fat reduction treatment, so the procedure has little to no downtime. You can return to your normal activities immediately after your treatment.
