BodyTite is the most innovative and advanced minimally-invasive body-contouring and skin-contracting RF energy cosmetic procedure available today. Its patented and proprietary technology allows it to achieve and deliver results of nearly 50% reduction in excess fat and skin laxity, effectively whisking away stubborn fat and replacing droopy and saggy skin with more chiseled, firm and taut skin surface. Results typical of BodyTite were previously only achievable through invasive and excisional procedures, such as a surgical tummy tuck.

These procedures are also availableunder IV sedation

Before & After

BodyTite benefits

  • BodyTite produces the highest quality facial and body contouring available with minimal downtime and only invisible micro-incisions.
  • BodyTite leaves no visible scars
  • BodyTite smoothly addresses skin laxity in most areas of the body, including the legs, arms, thighs, buttocks and below the chin, for a firmer, sleeker jawline.
  • BodyTite is minimally invasive so cutting and slicing the skin isn’t required in order to see dramatic overall improvements after a single treatment session.
  • The RF energy used also stimulates the body’s natural production of collagen and elastin.
  • Its precision handpiece provides for pinpoint accuracy in sculpting and addressing a host of adipose skin conditions in areas large and small, including male gynecomastia and unsightly abdominal fat in men and women.
  • It tightens excess skin without excisional surgery, ultimately providing unprecedented, three-dimensional contraction of the dermis, subdermal tissues and subcutaneous fat.

BodyTite uses an innovative hand piece consisting of an RF-energy-emitting probe that glides beneath the skin, coupled with a receptor that passes above the skin. The probe applies bipolar directional energy through the skin causing the fatty connective tissue in the dermis and subcutaneous layers to safely shrink and contract. This coagulation of fat results in dramatic improvements to contour and definition and give your skin tissue a firmer structure and a tighter shape.

The BodyTite probe brings the skin surface to a warm 38 degrees celsius, while the probe beneath the skin heats to 70 degrees, stimulating fat coagulation and radiofrequency-assisted lipolysis (RAFL). Where lipolysis (fat breakdown) is inefficient, long-term weight gain usually develops, thus RAFL kills fat at the same time as it tightens the band of connective tissue beneath the skin’s surface, called the fascia. RFAL also kills fat cells as it comes into near contact with them, and liposuction can be used to suck out those dead fat cells if needed.

BodyTite treats almost any area of the body that is subjected to a natural accumulation of saggy skin and stubborn fat build up. For smaller areas such as the neck, jowls, inner knees, or fat in front of the underarms, a more miniaturized system in the form of FaceTite or AccuTite will be used. Areas treatable with BodyTite include:

  • Arms
  • Abdomen
  • Buttocks
  • Inner thighs
  • Knees
  • Medial thighs
  • Neck
  • and almost anywhere else on the body that is prone to a build up of stubborn fat or skin laxity.

The innovative technology used by BodyTite has been assessed for safety and efficacy in more than 22 peer-reviewed clinical publications. Patients routinely report excellent results and only mild to moderate postprocedural soreness subdued by pain medication.

The BodyTite procedure can also be coupled with liposuction as the BodyTite handpiece can use the same tiny incisions and anesthesia as are used for liposuction. When fat has been removed from the subcutaneous layer, the dermis has nothing beneath it for support, causing it to sag. BodyTite is then done immediately afterwards to tighten that skin and remove the copious skin laxity now visible.

BodyTite Recovery

Even when combined with liposuction, the downtime is minimal and the procedure can be performed under light sedation. The procedure itself requires from 30 to 60 minutes. Patients can return to work and their routine activities typically within 2 or 3 days. Depending on the extent of work done, patients will be advised to wear a discreet compression garment under their clothes for up to 6 weeks. The procedure can be done under light sedation or local anesthesia as needed to further minimize pain or discomfort.
